Yoga - Wednesdays 10 - 11 am at St Gregory's Open Space, DA12 4JW
All ability Bootcamp - Wednesdays 3 -4 pm at Penn Green Park, Northfleet, DA11 8FH
Stretch and Tone - Thursdays 9.45 - 10.45 am at Fort Gardens, DA12 2BT
Tai Chi - Fridays 11 am - 12 pm at Woodlands Park, DA11 7LY
When you are at the sessions:

- More ways to earn
- Select Park Fitness to receive the BetterPoints
These activities can only be recorded when you are there in person, so make sure you submit the activity when you are at the park.
Book via the GCLL website, app, or just turn up.
You'll receive 250 BetterPoints at your first session, and then 50 BetterPoints each week you attend thereafter.
